The Challenge
Sand Cloud grew their brand through a Shopify theme with some amazing results, but the time came to introduce a front-end that would take them to new heights. Their sustainable brand and mission has built a wonderful and engaged community, but their website fell short of communicating their mission. Additionally, with site speed starting to become a problem, the Sand Cloud team was ready to invest in a new infrastructure that would accelerate their growth.
The Solution
Sand Cloud partnered with Pack Digital to incorporate their new design on a headless storefront. Their goal was to not only improve the site speed and site experience, they also needed admin flexibility to enable their marketing team to test new products with their evolving product line. With site speed as a key focus, the new storefront was built as a Headless Shopify PWA using Pack (utilizing Nextjs).
